Dr. Masood Ahmad
Dr. Masood Ahmad is a board certified physician who has specialty training in adult and pediatric allergy, asthma, and immunology. He has twenty-five years of experience in treating adult and pediatric patients in a variety of settings and is a respected leader in his field. He has been recognized for numerous years by his peers as a Top Doctor in Cincinnati Magazine in the field of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Masood Ahmad established the Allergy and Asthma Specialty Center in 1991 to provide direct patient specialized care to patients from through the Tri-State.
Dr. Masood Ahmad received his Allergy and Asthma Fellowship training at the nationally recognized Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati. During his fellowship, he had extensive training in diagnosing and treating adult and pediatric patients. He was selected to serve an additional year as a Research Fellow subsequent to his fellowship, further qualifying him to deal with complex cases. Prior to his fellowship, Dr. Masood Ahmad did his residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Michigan where he was tapped to be Chief Resident of his Residency Program in his final year. Dr. Ahmad keeps abreast of the latest developments in his field and is a sought after speaker throughout the region on the topics of allergy, asthma and immunology.
Dr. Masood Ahmad has been engaged in numerous Allergy and Asthma professional organizations, community causes and has served as the President of the Cincinnati Allergy and Asthma Society.
